Tokyu Land US Corporation (“TLUS”), a real investment company with offices in Los Angeles and New York, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tokyu Land Corporation, a subsidiary of Tokyu Fudosan Holdings, a fully-integrated, Japanese publicly-traded company, and one of the largest real estate owner, operator and developers in Japan. Since 2012, TLUS has invested over $1B of equity in the US, and plans to continue expanding its footprint in the US in primarily multi-family, office and industrial assets in primary/gateway markets.
