INVESCO Real Estate is a division of INVESCO Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMVESCAP PLC. INVESCO was established in 1983 to provide real estate investment advisory services to U.S. institutional clients. Of the approximate $411 billion managed by AMVESCAP PLC worldwide, INVESCO manages approximately $24.6 billion in direct real estate assets and publicly-traded real estate securities (primarily equity REITs). This total represents approximately $9.4 billion in U.S. direct real estate portfolios, $7.4 billion in European real estate portfolios, and approximately $7.8 billion in equity REITs. As of March 31, 2006
