What we look for:
• A proven track-record of creating value.
• An understanding of lease agreements, LOIs, etc.
• Experience with both big-box and small-store leasing.
• The fearless ability to get creative and make decisions.
• Tenacity tackling the in-house sell, not just the outside sell – fight for your deals!
• The perseverance to make things happen.
What you will be doing:
• Cultivating relationships with local, regional and national tenants and prospects.
• Negotiating new deals and renewing existing tenant lease agreements.
• Traveling to each center in your portfolio, prospecting, review markets and show space.
• Networking with other associates within the commercial real estate industry.
• Creating value!
