Retail Specialist

Job Profile: KLNB Retail Specialist, Tysons, VA Office, Retail – seeking someone with 0-2 years of work experience 

KLNB is a commercial real estate brokerage firm active throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region with offices in Tysons, VA, Washington, DC, Columbia, MD & Towson, MD.  We provide advisory services to retail Landlords and Tenants.  These services primarily involve lease negotiations, project merchandising and tenant prospecting on the Landlord’s behalf, and site selection services for tenants.

Candidates should possess the following qualities:  

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university.

Experience in commercial real estate preferred, but not necessary; we seek people who are self-starters with a strong work ethic and willing to learn. 

Excellent communication skills-- verbal and written.

Ability to prioritize; strong organizational skills, discipline and persistence.

Employment will be conditioned on candidate securing an initial real estate salesperson license in VA, MD or DC.
