Prince Realty Advisors is seeking a commercial real estate salesperson for commission-based sales with unlimited earning potential and growth. The Broker will work under the CEO on all asset classes and creative deal structuring. Lead Generation, client relationships, and an entrepreneurial mindset are paramount. Prince is a top ranked NYC commercial sales brokerage firm. We act as conduits for institutional investors and HNW family offices to creatively structure commercial real estate transactions in NYC and across the country. We’ve transacted on over $4.2Bn since our first deal in 2012 and been fortunate to work with some of the top names in the business (Blackstone, Rockpoint, Vornado, SL Green, Extell, SAFE REIT, UBS etc). We aim to hyper focus on client needs and targets to pinpoint buildings and special situations they encourage us to go after on their behalf to purchase or invest in.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and setting up meetings through consistent phone prospecting, networking, and research
  • Develop thorough understanding of the market, real estate fundamentals
  • Compiling a database of property owners: who's buying / selling, investor information, insights, and buying criteria
  • Creating property setups, helping to coordinate the marketing process and initiatives
  • Performing property evaluations and inspections, and compiling due diligence packets
  • Negotiating existing deals
  • Researching comparable sales statistics and data on current market conditions and trends

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of either 2 years commercial property sales brokerage experience or proven track record of closed sale transactions required
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, and able to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to do consistent phone canvassing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both independently and on the team
  • Excellent communication & listening skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Aptitude and/or interest in learning CRM software and sales tools
  • NYS Real Estate Salesperson License

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Natural sales ability, poise and professional demeanor
  • Unbridled enthusiasm about selling real estate and perseverance to get beyond "no"
  • Aggressive prospecting skills and ability to canvass diligently for business
  • Some previous real estate, finance or sales experience
  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • Ability to be quick learners and proactive in cultivating new leads
