Development and Project Management position

We have an immediate opening in our Reno office for a development/project management position.  Reporting to our Regional Vice President, this position requires 3 -5 years of relevant experience in the commercial development and project management space.  The successful candidate will have the skills to coordinate with civil engineers, architects, general contractors, and other real estate professional consultants and contractors in new development and redevelopment projects. Candidate must have successful track record with project resume including mixed-use, commercial retail, office, multi-family residential, or other related uses and types of construction. Pro forma, financial forecasting, budgeting, capital sources/uses, contracting, and fund control processes skill sets and experience are essential. Candidate must demonstrate results in long-term hold asset quality, budget performance, and schedule projection and achievement. This position offers an opportunity for growth and continued learning in connection with our development and investment building activities in the Western U.S.  We are an investment builder and developer. Preferred candidates will have educational degrees in real estate, engineering, architecture or similar disciplines.
