JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to provide talent acquisition operational support to our Talent Acquisition team, along with the HR/People team within CBRE. This role will be a Subject Matter Expert in Avature (ATS) and will be helping to support incoming queries relating to this platform and supporting with changes / enhancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Subject Matter Expert on Talent Acquisition technology platform (ATS) for Americas (Avature)
  • Provide first level operational support for queries related to our ATS (Avature)
  • Understand end to end recruiting process, and provide advice on how to improve using technology and streamlining processes
  • Analyze the usage of various technology platforms and assist with the associated subscription administration
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders across Americas to improve process & improve technology utilization / adoption
  • Implement process improvement initiatives across Americas driven through technology
  • Supports with testing / validation of new enhancements
  • Provides internal and external customer training where applicable
  • Extracts reports from Avature as needed
  • Prepare reports and PowerPoints as requested
  • Ad hoc administrative support as required


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Approx. 2 years' experience in recruitment, in depth knowledge of recruiting process
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a technology support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment - self motivated & driven
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Solutions focused, proactive team player, organized and efficient.
  • Ability to establish and maintain work priorities in support of multiple team members.
  • Working knowledge of Avature or other applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred, Minimum 4 years of related experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Ability to communicate virtually in a global team environment over Zoom/Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills.


*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
