The Role
IPA investment specialists provide unparalleled market knowledge, access to a wide range of investor profiles and transaction expertise. IPA’s relationship-driven team provides major investors with the industry’s most comprehensive research services and platform.
IPA is seeking to hire an executive to help lead the Multifamily, Student Housing and Senior Housing sectors. This hire will bolster the institutional knowledge base and provide strategic leadership to help the IPA team craft solutions for institutional clients across the platform and nation. In doing so, this leader will continue to grow the IPA brand and facilitate major institutional account development and relationships. The executive will bridge key decision makers with IPA advisors, represent IPA to the industry as a respected brand ambassador and, at the same, attract and retain top talent.
This position will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Brokerage Operations. The professional will help oversee all IPA Multifamily, Student Housing and Senior Housing operations and business activities. This hire will work in partnership with the National Director of Multifamily to craft and deliver solutions for clients nationally. This executive will be responsible for highlighting new initiatives and processes that can help penetrate the national multifamily market across key institutions and provide a consistent resource that unites the various, regional brokerage offices / teams. In addition, the executive will partner with the division heads of IPA Retail and Office / Industrial as well as IPA’s geographically focused division managers to drive the business and brand forward.
