As a CoStar Sign Technician you will be responsible for the timely placement and retrieval of yard signs at selected properties advertised on Apartments.com. Utilizing proprietary technology, Sign Technicians will complete daily assignments of sign placement and sign retrieval work orders, assigning unique numbers to signs placed and checking-in signs retrieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive company vehicle to place and retrieve advertising yard signs within a defined geographic territory
• Achieve individual targets related to the timeliness of sign placement and retrieval
• Manage inventory of signs to ensure adequate supplies are carried at all times
• Clean and maintain yard signs to ensure they are representative of the brand image
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment
• Assist with training and peer coaching as needed
• Participate in promotional events and networking activities as required
• Conduct job duties outside in various weather conditions
• Represent Apartments.com in a professional and responsible manner at all times

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to repetitively and frequently stand, sit, walk, and see up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements needed to type and write
• Ability t o frequently bend, stoop, squat, lift and twist
• Ability to carry signs weighing up to 20 pounds

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, deadline driven environment
