Acquisitions Analyst

LBX Investments is a commercial real estate private equity company looking for an analyst to assist the firm's VP of Acquisitions with underwriting and due diligence responsibilities. To date the firm has made investments in open-air shopping centers and debt instruments predominantly in the Southeastern United States, with a current focus on expanding to additional growth markets throughout the US. The position will be heavily focused on assisting with acquisitions (such as helping with due diligence, lease abstracting, and underwriting) as well as various ad hoc tasks and research projects. This is an opportunity for somebody to gain intimate hands-on knowledge of the real estate private equity industry as well as benefit from networking in an office full of California-area professionals.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an accounting or finance background and 1-2 years of real estate underwriting experience, however all candidates will be considered.
