JOB SUMMARY

CBRE is the world's largest commercial real estate services firm and the #122 company on the Fortune 500. We're looking for a Client Services Lead to join our team in Minneapolis. Maximizes the efficiency and delivery of services to clients by planning, scheduling, and overseeing the marketing and sales support functions for a team. Performs work directly related to CBRE's general business operations, interprets and executes CBRE Sales and Marketing departmental policies and procedures, formulates and implements new procedures and processes within the team consistent with corporate objectives. Assists in administration of business affairs for the Sales and Marketing departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, coordinates, schedules and oversees the workload, deadlines and day-to-day activities of the Sales team support members to ensure effective delivery of services.

Maximizes sales team's productivity, improves efficiencies and manages costs through review, analysis and implementation of streamlined, effective administrative, marketing and operational processes.

Oversees the recording, tracking and monitoring of office transactions to include listings and sales/leases. Monitoring may include expenses, client reimbursements, vouchers, commissions and pipelines.

Interfaces directly with the clients, including taking them on property tours, resolving routine issues and responding to pricing and/or non-routine inquiries.

Consults with the Sales Professionals and provides recommendations on marketing practices and strategies to maximize value for the team's clients, recommending the best way to market the property.

Coordinates the production of direct marketing campaigns for sale or lease of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analyses, market and industry research, and targeted mailing lists.

Ensures team members compile required data from designated resources, and coordinates the design and production of the marketing materials.

Provides feedback and recommendations for the recruitment, selection, promotion and advancement, corrective action and termination of employees. Provides input for staff member's performance review.

Mentors and coaches junior sales team members to further develop core competencies required to continuously improve client services, operational efficiencies, teamwork and the professional image of CBRE.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college required. Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred. 5 years experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred. 3 years experience in the Real Estate industry, preferred.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

Current real estate license or the ability to obtain the license within 90 days of hire.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Highly developed presentation skill. Demonstrates ability to present materials and some complex information effectively in both one-on-one and group situations.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires expert analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesigned preferred. Focus on problem solving, mathematical analysis and project management. Knowledge of accounting and business law helpful. Should have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office software, graphics software and additional internal company software.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause negative impact to internal and external clients.
