Our EHS Management System supports our participation in the client's global ISO 14001 certification and enables us to support product development and manufacturing. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of assigned EHS programs for the Santa Rosa site, including providing technical and regulatory knowledge and maintenance of the associated management system procedures; coordination of implementation with operations groups
- Primary EHS Liaison with a portion of the site's business units
- Implementation of the EHSMS program
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in EHS program management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or R&D
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental, or engineering field, or equivalent coursework and experience
- Collaborative approach to working with EHS colleagues, business unit customers, and regulatory agencies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, both planned and emergent
- Detail- and accuracy-oriented
- Availability to participate in a rotating on-call system for emergency response at the Santa Rosa site
- Ability to participate in hands-on hazardous materials activities, including incident response
Desired Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or PE
- Track record in implementation of ISO 14001- and ISO 45001-conforming EHSMSs
- Cal/OSHA HAZWOPER certification (24-hour Haz Mat Technician, 40-hour, or Incident Commander)
- Ability to wear an SCBA
