Description
Assist with the strategic management of the firm’s investments to maximize property performance, asset values and investment returns. Also, assist the Head of AM and the Local ESG Leader in setting-up, support & coordinate local AM teams across multiple (ESG) workstreams and initiatives.
Key Interfaces:
Asset Management Analyst
- Support all day-to-day function of the asset management team including monitoring of asset performance, lease analyses as well as monitoring of renovation projects
- Conduct market research
- Assist with the annual business plan and budgeting process
- Prepare client reports including quarterly asset management reports, annual reports, fund/portfolio review presentations and other ad-hoc reports
- Maintain and update Argus models and underwriting models to reflect asset performance and changes in the market environment
- Contribute to quarterly and/or annual asset valuations by working with Associate AM.
- Monitor portfolio insurance requirements
- Monitor ESG objectives of the portfolio
- Manage the tenant credit analysis and KYC process
- Assist with asset disposition process including preparation of offering materials
- Coordinate with internal fund management, accounting, risk management, sustainability team on various tasks
ESG Coordinator
Support deployment and monitoring of Global ESG initiatives in the US
- Support the local Head of AM and VP of AM in deploying the ESG strategy in the US (ex: GRESB reporting, building energy efficiency, solar panels, green procurement, etc)
- Coordinate with the Global ESG team to clarify targets and monitor progress
- Review and coordinate ESG data collection, ensure data consistency and quality
Support the development of the local ESG expertise
- Educate, train and support Asset managers on ESG strategy / tools / processes
- Deploy ESG and energy measurement tools and foster adoption.
- Review ESG action plans of key properties and deploy best practices
- Coordinate reporting and internal communication tools (ex: case studies, best practices)
Support ESG efforts with local internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate initiatives with external Property Managers (including awareness & monitoring of ESG targets)

Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related major, finance degree a plus
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or focus of studies in undergrad, preferably with direct asset management, portfolio management experience for equity real estate investments
- Cross cultural work experience a plus
Knowledge and Skills
- Working knowledge of Argus, Excel, Power Point and Word
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills; oral and written
- Spoken and written fluency in English required (second European language a plus)
