Capital Market Manager
Position Summary |
Reporting directly to CFO, the Capital Market Manager is responsible for financing structure, capital market transactions and other related initiatives including bank and real estate financing, capital structure analysis and recommendations, and compliance with all financing documentation. In addition, this position is responsible for supporting the negotiations of loan conditions, maintenance of lender relationships, and other finance activities. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that the controls and overall direction of our capital markets process are efficient, accurate and aligned with requirements, policies, and treasury systems. |
