We are looking for a stellar CMMS Administrator to lead the management and development of the database system for the whole of Canada. You will be the expert in your field as well as working collaboratively with key stakeholders to insure performance excellence.

Who you are

This is a fast paced, integral role within the National Service Team based here in Vancouver. With a strong background in database management you will be a proactive individual who doesn’t shy away from a challenge. Being the lead individual, managing the whole computerized maintenance management system for Colliers International, you will be developing and implementing standard operating procedures, troubleshooting issues and tracking performance indicators. You have fantastic communication skills and ability to work with key stakeholders within the businesses.

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in CMMS database management
  • A bachelors degree within a IT discipline or engineering field 
  • Skill in using a computerized maintenance management system and database and reporting software.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Experience working within the commercial property management industry
  • A building operations background or knowledge of base building mechanical system operations  
  • Experience with database reporting tools such as Crystal Reports

What success looks like

  • A strong background in CMMS database management and the ability to take ownership of maintaining and whole system
  • Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures 
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with many different stakeholders within the business to coach and educate best practices
