The SVP also leads the administration of the Development and Planning department including its budget, staff oversight, reporting and data collection, procurement and contracting; conducts strategic planning and evaluation process for new projects; structures and negotiates transactions; and works jointly with other Real Estate Division SVPs and Agency Departments to ensure coordination of resources, communication of department priorities and initiatives, and consistency with Agency goals and objectives.
