Description
Seeking a contract accountant with real estate industry experience and specific knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S and/or Yardi Job Cost to lend us an assist meanwhile we seek to grow our full-time team. With oversight and direction from in-house staff and leadership, you would work on some combination of the below tasks:
- Perform daily accounting functions, including management of payables, receivables and cash balances.
- Help to prepare timely and accurate financial reporting packages.
- Help to manage job cost accounting for construction projects.
- Maintain policies and internal controls.
- Additional duties and special projects as necessary.
