KSR is currently looking for a Senior-Level Investment Sales Manager to help direct operations within the firm. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in a sales role with a strong record of accomplishment. Responsibilities include:
- Working with Principals and Senior Agents to create a sales plan for further growth
- Hiring and training junior sales agents
- Ensuring that all agents are working towards company goals and objectives
- Develop a training program to ensure agents are maximizing potential
- Real Estate background
- Team Player
- Background in a leadership role
- Strong organizational skills
