Marketing/IR Professional

Westport Capital Partners, a leading specialist Real Estate Investment firm, seeks accomplished Marketing/IR Professional to work in partnership with experienced team of investment, operating, and investor relationship professionals on multiple public and private market strategies/opportunities. 

The preferred candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with founding senior principals to both establish new and expand existing investor relationships across a diverse range of institutional investors, consultants, family offices, and other investor channels/platforms. 

In addition to direct relevant experience, superb organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and highly accomplished oral/written communication and presentation abilities are all critical. This position requires an individual with self-initiative, discipline, creativity and partnership-building acumen who thrives and excels in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant/substantial private market and/or public market business development & IR experience
• Direct experience in Real Estate and related asset classes preferred
• Ability/adaptiveness to work on diverse projects and initiatives with intensity and professionalism
• Outstanding educational achievement; minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Comprehensive references
