Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified associate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm s Charlotte, NC office. This position involves a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and real estate lending. In this practice, the attorney will be representing private developers, companies which have real estate needs ancillary to their primary business, and large landowners. The successful candidate will have: 2-6 years of experience in the areas of real estate development, land use development, leasing and mortgage lending. Demonstrated understanding of real property law Demonstrated ability to handle significant responsibility Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills and references Candidate must have an active North Carolina bar license, or the ability to waive into the bar at the soonest possible opportunity.
