Position Responsibilities: Praedium is looking for a highly detail-oriented and quantitative individual to be a Client Development analyst. The ideal candidate must be an excellent writer, who is flexible, have the ability to multi-task and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to pitch in wherever they are needed.
This role requires a hands-on individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. The candidate must have a ‘no job is too small’ team player mentality.
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating presentations and investment summaries and other marketing materials
- Support on-going business development, service and communication with prospects and clients
- Update and manage client/prospect relationship information in the firm’s CRM
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Praedium’s product offerings, systems and processes to support/service client relationships
- Proactively reach out to targeted prospects, especially in advance of senior relationship manager travel
- Summarize client/prospect meetings/calls and post notes to the CRM system; update and manage contact, account and relationship information in the CRM
- Assist with public relations, coordinate press releases and manage the company’s website
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; this role will interact with clients and prospects
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, highly accurate and quantitative
- Strong, proactive problem-solving abilities; demonstrated time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiples tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Self-managed, high energy, highly driven by relationship management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Undergraduate degree with minimum GPA of 3.4
