Job Responsibilities

 

You will work with Vice President of Property Management, Technical Services, and Asset Management teams in leading all aspects of property management, procurement and development works, including initiatives for existing assets, managing and overseeing the performance of service providers, revenue generation initiatives, arrears management processes, planning and controlling operating expenses, and operational synergies are achieved across different sector classes, especially in multi-family and student accommodation, commercial, industrial, and data center assets. Your major responsibilities include managing the design consultants and liaise with all relevant authorities for approval of projects, support tender and award processes, as well as construction and contract administration. You will also be required to ensure the completions of projects are within budget, schedule and expected quality and comply with the regulatory requirements and corporate governance. You will assist the property management team and asset management teams in preparing and managing our annual budgets and reports and any other ad hoc assigned duties.

 

Job Requirements

 

You should possess a Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate, MBA preferred, with at least 5 years' relevant Regional Management experience in the operation of one or more of the following asset classes: multi-family and student, Commercial and Retail, Data Center, and Industrial assets. To succeed in this role, you should possess a high level of independence, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability and demonstrate excellent leadership to drive projects. You should also be someone who seeks continuous improvement of processes through consistently questioning the status quo or value engineering the optimum solution to all aspects of property management. You must be able to encourage the creation of solutions appropriate to the needs of Business Units, shareholders and environment. Candidate must be local to the Regional office in which they are applying.
