COMPANY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an integral member of the Private Equity team reporting to a senior finance executive, this role is responsible for capital expenditures of approximately 40 multifamily assets. Specific responsibilities include: Analyze property conditions and formulate recommendations for ongoing maintenance and redevelopment Perform financial analysis including modeling cash flow to determine appropriate scope of capital expenditure plans Work with the Redevelopment team to create comprehensive annual and long term capital expenditure plans, including value-add renovations to maximize property performance and cash flow Work with Redevelopment and/or Maintenance teams to ensure appropriate execution of approved plan Manage and support general department activities, including investment materials both for internal and external constituents
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have a high growth potential with a proven track record in the following: Minimum 7 years of experience in the real estate industry required. Experience in asset management or renovations/redevelopment project management of multifamily properties preferred Strong analytical, organizational, attention to detail and accuracy, written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and effective collaborative working style Bachelors degree required
