QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a major or minor in Geography or related field; or Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with training in GIS technology. Requires 3 - 5 years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information in a group setting.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to efficiently solve problems in a very fast paced environment. Requires analytical & quantitative skillsets. Self sufficient learner with ability to stay ahead of the learning curve and the ability to quickly regurgitate learnings with team.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Mastery of ArcGIS Suite and all related extensions including Business Analyst, 3D analyst, Spatial Analyst, and Model Builder. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Alteryx, and the Microsoft suite is highly preferred. Knowledge of GIS terms, concepts and definitions with the ability to clearly teach all levels of users also heavily preferred. Knowledge of CRE preferred and the ability to work with complex mathematical concepts and apply operations such as linear and regression formula and other standardized industry modeling concepts is preferred.
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
