Strategic Funding Alternatives, LLC (SFA), is a privately held commercial investment and management firm currently in the south jersey area, is seeking a Sr. Property Manager.
Responsible for the development and implementation of procedures and programs that will assure a well managed, well-maintained buildings ensuring a positive response on the concerns and needs of tenants in conjunction with the owner's goals and objectives.
Essential Job Duties:
Manage and oversee property managers for the performance of the on site staff and set goals and objectives in a timely manner.
Creates and develops upgrades to services being provided by the company in efforts to exceed clients expectations and maximize profits
Bid all new tenant fit out
Manage tenant fit out
Implements maintenance plan, which may include but not limited negotiating build-out costs, and managing the properties.
Works closely with senior management in understanding and working with the clients to determine the goals and objectives for the real estate assets.
Bottom Line responsibility for the preparation, presentation and content of the annual operative budget and monthly reporting.
Prepares construction pipeline reports and business plans for their portfolio.
Interacts regularly with clients to ensure that objectives are being met, anticipates and responds to client’s needs.
Review and approval of payables and receivables as prepared on the PM level and work closely with accounting to ensure contracts are being billed and paid timely and correctly.

Skills, Education and Experience
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate & Property Management of commercial office properties.
Expertise in commercial real estate processes and regulations.
Financial acumen and reporting abilities are critical.
Knowledge of tenant and capital improvements.
Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal and an ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Mid-level to advanced MS Office competencies, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, organizational skills and customer service focused interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Bachelor’s Degree, in business related field, RPA and CCIM or CPM certification a plus
Real Estate license in State a plus.
