Summary:The Account Executive will be responsible for obtaining new clients, managing current clients with commercial leasing, marketing, customer development and account management skills by performing the following duties:
- Maintain occupancy of all leased spaces
- Maintain all electronic marketing
- Generate business from corporate neighbors
- Follow up with prospects and actively work to close deals
- Make outbound calls to the brokerage community
- Pursues business with targeted industries
- Continues to develop client relationships
- Previous commercial leasing experience required
