La personne devra avoir une connaissance fonctionnelle des logiciels sp cialis s en graphisme. Ses t ches porteront sur la production, la conception et la mise en page du mat riel de mise en march pour l quipe d investissement se sp cialisant dans le red veloppement urbain et la disposition de terrains, et devront tre effectu es en r ponse aux demandes des courtiers immobiliers et en fonction des objectifs et des ch ances qu ils auront fix s.
CBRE Montreal, is actively seeking a dynamic and proactive person to produce quality graphic-design artwork, relevant location maps and some general administrative support. This position requires working knowledge of graphic-design software as the selected candidate will be responsible for the layout, design and production activities of the Investment Team focusing on land and urban development properties, and will have to achieve results and deadlines set by the Team s Real Estate Brokers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Produce graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using technology and computer software packages for either print or web while maintaining CBRE s corporate image.
Develop specialized maps, utilizing both geographic and demographic information while adhering to company policy on quality assurance and quality checks.
Generate brochures, floor plans, advertising, postcards, proposals, presentations and press releases within corporate templates.
Coordinate with the team to discuss and determine layout design and define project requirements, investigate various approaches to attainment of result within prescribed deadlines.
Work with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production. Investigates, compares and recommends local suppliers of marketing production services outside of our office (if needed), including typography, paper and printing.
Maintain and update client database.
Basic administrative support.
Other duties may be assigned.
DEC in Graphic Design or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience.
Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles. Intermediate skills with web design. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and potentially MAPublisher. Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver.
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with MS Excel. Knowledge of ArcGIS will constitute an important asset.
Knowledge in videography and editing an asset.
Basic project management, editing and writing skills required.
Bilingualism an asset, work will be mostly in French.
Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
Works well in team environment as well as an individual basis, with minimum supervision. Ability to take on larger assignments while maintaining efficiencies, quality and tight deadlines
