Description
Goedecke & Co., LLC, a well-known Boston commercial mortgage banking firm, is looking for an Associate to join its production team. Two to five years of experience in real estate financial analysis is requested, preferably with exposure to more than just a single property type. Boston area market knowledge will be a plus but not a prerequisite.
The Associate position offers an opportunity to utilize and develop income property analytical, presentation and negotiating skills while helping to support a team of professionals arranging debt and equity financing for commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will be:
- Strongly self-motivated;
- A team player;
- Articulate;
- An expressive, careful writer; and
- Adept quantitatively, with proficiency in Excel and Argus.
Compensation will be salary plus bonus, commensurate with experience, and based on both individual contributions and team performance.
