Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7s and various modules
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate business
  • Experience creating e-learning modules and developing a training program
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and computer skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Candidate should be a proactive and motivated individual who is willing to help the Company streamline processes and add efficiencies
  • Some travel required

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning, implementation, and delivery of Link s Yardi Training curriculum.
  • Training of Company specific business process as it relates to Yardi
  • Schedule and conduct software training for Yardi Voyager 7s and all associated modules
  • Develop learning activities which may include classroom training, E-Learning modules, and other multimedia solutions to support external training needs of both internal and external partners.
  • Work with various business units to provide new hire training tailored to the department needs and processes.
  • Manage course material, create reporting & metrics through company e-learning platform to track and assign all training.
