Ray is a residential multifamily developer and brand that creates design-forward, culturally inspired apartment buildings that offer artist studios and public spaces where all are welcome. Ray is more than a building. It’s a place. It’s a blending of spaces and ideas. An interplay of art and culture. We conceptualize each project via a collaboration of diverse disciplines: architecture, the arts, psychology, and health and wellness. We believe that art and design serve a higher purpose and have a profound effect on our experience of the world.
