Foothills Regional Housing

The Jefferson County Housing Authority, now Foothills Regional Housing (FRH), is a public corporation with the mission to provide housing options for Jefferson County, Colorado individuals and families. As of 2021, FRH owns and manages 22 apartment communities, administers a $15mil budget authority for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV), and has three affordable housing communities under construction with more to come in our development pipeline.
