- The Assistant Project Manager will provide support to the Project Manager in all areas as directed
- Interface with project team, and jurisdictional authorities
- Maintain tracking logs and bring resolution to key issues during all phases of the development and process
- Develop and manage project budgets and invoice tracking
- Develop and manage project time schedules
- Field experience on construction projects (preferred)
- Assemble contract documentation for the project including budget, timetables, drawings, specifications and invoices
- Develop strong working relationships with peers from other firms
- Prepare monthly project reports
- Complete project specific assignments (i.e. obtaining bids, coordinating permits, etc.) – graduating in scope and scale with demonstration of skill set
- Participate in strategy discussions and client relationship maintenance
