Senior Analyst / Associate - Acquisitions and Development

Reign Capital is a family office searching for an Associate to join the acquisition and development team.  Reign Capital is an owner and operator of large scale commercial real estate assets with a focus on ground up construction and adaptive reuse of multifamily, hotel, office, and data center buildings.  The firm’s leadership team has acquired and completed redevelopment projects and lease-up programs on over $2.5 billion of real estate. 

The Associate role offers broad responsibilities including financial modeling, legal due diligence, construction/project management and leasing across the firm's portfolio. The desired candidate will be a self-starter with 2-5 years of real estate acquisition and/or development experience and demonstrated high performance.  The role will involve direct interaction and communication with Reign Capital's management team and senior partners.
