Description


GPC Partners is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Analyst to support the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams in its Miami, FL office. This individual will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization where he/she will gain exposure to a broad variety of real estate transactions with a focus on Multifamily.

The firm is an affiliate of a Single-Family Office and is able to source compelling opportunities across asset classes (multifamily, office, self-storage, industrial, hotel), capital structures (debt / equity / hybrids )and roles (sponsor / developer / lender).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and underwrite potential investment opportunities (both equity and debt) through financial modeling in Excel
  • Track and maintain the GPC’s deal pipeline and weekly action items
  • Assist with new acquisition due diligence including compiling, reviewing, and analyzing DD materials
  • Aggregate and update property-level data on a regular basis for asset management purposes.
  • Assist in maintaining, updating, and creating financial models including asset management models, disposition analysis models, and various sensitivity analyses
  • Prepare investment presentations and memorandums for principals and equity partners
  • Miscellaneous ad-hoc financial analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience at a real estate investment firm and/or in commercial real estate finance with a preference for experience in Multifamily. 
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment and financing processes
  • High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote/hybrid work environment while maintaining strong team dynamic
