This is responsible professional commercial real estate development work negotiating major residential and/or commercial transactions,
planning County joint-development projects with the private sector and conducting long term strategic planning of the County's real estate portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. A minimum of three years of experience reviewing, preparing or negotiating leases are required.
