Kelley Drye & Warren LLP seeks a real estate associate for its Parsippany, New Jersey office with experience in commercial mortgage finance. Structured finance and/or CMBS experience a plus. The ideal attorney will have strong writing, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to run transactions autonomously and as part of a team.
